Nivasik does not process payments, so it works beside any card machine you own. If your machine came from SumUp POS on its own processing terms, check those terms before you move.
What does Nivasik not do?
Nivasik is not a fiscal register. In Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and Norway a certified or registered till is the law for taking payments at a counter, and Nivasik is not one: keep yours, and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. Where invoices must come from certified software (Portugal, for example), Nivasik's guest bill is a working record, not the invoice. Guest-registration filings (the fiche de police, the Meldeschein, SES.HOSPEDAJES, Alloggiati Web, SIBA) and e-invoicing (SDI, XRechnung) are not built, and tourist tax is not worked out for you. You file them as you do today. Nivasik does not take card payments. A card payment is recorded in Nivasik while you take it on the reader you already own, and we never touch a card number. Receipts print through your computer's print dialog. Nivasik does not open a cash drawer. Nivasik is not a fiscal register, a tax-filing system or an e-invoicing system, and it does not file payroll tax. Your data is hosted in Singapore. EU and US data hosting are not available yet.
