Nivasik is not a fiscal register, a tax-filing system or an e-invoicing system, and it does not file payroll tax. Your data is hosted in Singapore. EU and US data hosting are not available yet. If you need a data-processing agreement or hosting in Europe, ask us before you start. Support is by email and WhatsApp from India, with a reply within one business day: UK and European mornings overlap our day, US replies arrive overnight. Nivasik is a new product. We do not claim a customer count, a rating or a testimonial. Selling on Flipkart or Meesho is India-only, and is not part of these plans.
