Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
Customers in Algeria pay by Cash, CIB bank cards and Edahabia (Algérie Poste) cards, BaridiMob mobile banking. You take the payment on the TPE you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
A VAT-registered business must issue an invoice showing the customer, the price before tax, and the VAT rate and amount. Businesses on the single flat tax (IFU) are not subject to VAT and invoice with tax included. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
