Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.

Customers in Bolivia pay by QR transfers, bank transfers, cards, cash. You take the payment on the POS bancario / terminal de tarjetas you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
Bolivia's tax service (SIN) requires online invoicing, in the form it assigns to each taxpayer group (electronic, computerised or web portal). Deadlines for smaller taxpayers have been extended more than once, so check the current date for your group with SIN. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
