Yes. A table QR lets a guest order from their phone. A server confirms the order with the table before the kitchen sees it, so a guest cannot send an order nobody checked.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back. The kitchen screen and table orders need the internet.
Customers in Brazil pay by Pix, boleto, cards, cash. You take the payment on the maquininha you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
The NFC-e (electronic consumer receipt, model 65) is the state-required electronic receipt for sales to final consumers, replacing the ECF fiscal coupon and the old paper sales note. Obligations and dates are set state by state, and in some states online sales with delivery must use NF-e model 55. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
