Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
Customers in Colombia pay by Nequi, Daviplata, PSE, cards, cash. You take the payment on the datáfono you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
The electronic POS ticket replaced the paper POS ticket as an equivalent document, and according to DIAN sources the paper POS stopped being valid from 1 July 2024. Only people already enabled as electronic invoicers can issue it, and a buyer who asks must still get an invoice. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
