Apart from listed exceptions such as pharmacies, banks, insurers and fuel stations, every active business must issue a standardised electronic invoice (FNE) or receipt (RNE). You can issue them on the DGI platform, through an API link from your software, or with an approved TERNE terminal, which is for flat-regime businesses, businesses with a cash register and multi-department stores. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
