Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
Customers in Japan pay by PayPay, Rakuten Pay, transport IC cards (Suica etc.), au PAY, cards. You take the payment on the 決済端末 you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
The qualified invoice system began on 1 October 2023. Only a registered business, with a registration number starting with T, can issue a qualified invoice, which buyers use to claim a consumption tax credit. Retail and restaurants selling to the public may issue simplified qualified invoices, and reduced-rate items must be marked. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
