Yes. A table QR lets a guest order from their phone. A server confirms the order with the table before the kitchen sees it, so a guest cannot send an order nobody checked.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back. The kitchen screen and table orders need the internet.
Customers in Mauritius pay by Cash, Juice (MCB), MauCAS instant payments, Bank cards. You take the payment on the card terminal you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
VAT-registered businesses must issue a VAT invoice with the details the VAT Act requires. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
