Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
Customers in Mexico pay by SPEI transfers, Mercado Pago QR, OXXO cash, cards, cash. You take the payment on the terminal bancaria / terminal de tarjetas you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
Since 1 April 2023 CFDI 4.0 is the only valid electronic invoice. Businesses must issue a CFDI for their income, with the buyer's RFC, name, tax regime and postal code, and the tax authority (SAT) offers a free invoicing service. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
