Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
You take the payment on the card machine / POS terminal you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
A business whose VAT sales reach MNT 50 million must apply for VAT registration within 10 days, and the tax office issues the certificate within 3 days. Registration is voluntary from MNT 10 million of VAT-able sales. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
