Yes. You scan a barcode or tap an item and can print your own barcode labels. Loose goods by the kilo come from a label-scale barcode. Each delivery keeps its cost and expiry date, so you see what is going off in 30, 60 or 90 days.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back.
Customers in Peru pay by Yape, Plin, cards, bank transfers, cash. You take the payment on the lector de tarjetas / POS bancario you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
Taxpayers that SUNAT designates must issue electronic receipts (facturas and boletas). Under the RER regime, boletas and facturas must be electronic. Check with SUNAT or your accountant whether your business has been designated. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
