Yes. A table QR lets a guest order from their phone. A server confirms the order with the table before the kitchen sees it, so a guest cannot send an order nobody checked.
The counter keeps billing and sends the bills when the internet is back. The kitchen screen and table orders need the internet.
Customers in South Korea pay by Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Toss Pay, cards. You take the payment on the 카드 단말기 you already own or in cash, and Nivasik records it on the bill. It does not process card payments, so there are no processing fees from us.
Businesses in industries designated by the tax service (NTS) must issue a cash receipt (현금영수증) for cash sales of 100,000 won or more, VAT included, even if the customer does not ask. If the customer gives no number, the business uses the self-issue code 010-000-1234 within 5 days. Failing to issue one carries a penalty of 20% of the unissued amount. Where a certified or registered system is required, keep it and use Nivasik beside it for stock, staff and expenses. You set the tax rate on each item and your accountant files; Nivasik does not file tax or connect to a tax authority.
