Nivasik does not process payments, so it does not tie you to one bank or one processor. Take the payment on the payment terminal you own, pick how it was paid on the bill, and the sale, the stock and the day's totals update.
Customers in Canada pay by Interac debit (tap and chip-and-PIN), Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay / Google Pay. Take it the way you already do and record it on the bill, so the day's totals and the drawer stay right. There are no processing fees from us.
You set a GST/HST rate on each item, and a price can include it or have it added. Nivasik does not file GST/HST returns and does not choose the rate for you: your accountant does.
Receipts print through your computer's or phone's print window, on 2, 3, 4 or 5 inch rolls.

No. You take the card payment on the payment terminal you already own, and Nivasik records it: the sale, the tip and the stock all update. Nivasik never sees a card number, so there are no processing fees from us and no terminal to be tied to. The trade-off is one extra tap per card sale, because Nivasik is not wired to the reader.

The list prices are Counter US$24 a month per counter; Front desk US$59 a month per property up to 40 rooms; Requests US$19; Group US$45 per property from three, plus GST/HST where it applies. Annual is 12 months for the price of 10.
This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice. The list prices on this site are what Nivasik costs. Nothing is charged during the trial, there is no card to enter, and before anything is charged to you we will tell you, in writing, how you pay. Your records stay yours and can be exported on request, with no exit fee.

Your data is hosted in Singapore. Hosted on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified platforms. Nivasik itself holds no certification. The service is operated by the Nivasik Team from India. Data hosting in other countries is not available yet: if you need a data-processing agreement, ask before you start.

Support is by email and WhatsApp from India, with a reply within one business day: UK and European mornings overlap our day, US replies arrive overnight. Nivasik is a new product. We do not claim a customer count, a rating or a testimonial. Selling on Flipkart or Meesho is India-only, and is not part of these plans.
