What is the best-selling hotel software in Europe?
No neutral public source ranks these by sales. The names you will meet most in Europe include Odoo, Smoobu, Sirvoy, Beds24, apaleo. Vendor-written "top 10" lists exist, and each is written by a company selling one of the products on it.
