One till is one counter, however many people use it. Two tills in one shop are two counters. A hotel with a restaurant and a bar runs the Front desk plan for the property and a Counter for each outlet.

You do not, during the trial: there is no card to enter and nothing is charged. Billing for the list prices is not switched on: before anything is charged to you we will tell you, in writing, how you pay.

No. You take the card payment on the eftpos terminal you already own, and Nivasik records it: the sale, the tip and the stock all update. Nivasik never sees a card number, so there are no processing fees from us and no terminal to be tied to. The trade-off is one extra tap per card sale, because Nivasik is not wired to the reader.

This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice. The list prices on this site are what Nivasik costs. Nothing is charged during the trial, there is no card to enter, and before anything is charged to you we will tell you, in writing, how you pay. Your records stay yours and can be exported on request, with no exit fee.
No contract and no hardware to buy. You can stop any time; ask for your data and we hand it over.
Your data is hosted in Singapore. Hosted on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified platforms. Nivasik itself holds no certification. The service is operated by the Nivasik Team from India. Data hosting in other countries is not available yet: if you need a data-processing agreement, ask before you start.
Receipts print through your computer's print dialog. Nivasik does not open a cash drawer, and it does not drive a card reader. Try the demo on your own printer before you commit.
Email and WhatsApp, with a reply within one business day. We are in India, so depending on where you are a message may be answered overnight.
You set a GST rate on each item, and a price can include it or have it added. Nivasik does not file returns and does not choose the rate for you: your accountant does.
It keeps attendance, pay and advances and prints a payslip. It does not calculate or file payroll tax.
The product and these pages are in English today (and Hindi in India).
Nivasik does not take card payments. A card payment is recorded in Nivasik while you take it on the reader you already own, and we never touch a card number. Receipts print through your computer's print dialog. Nivasik does not open a cash drawer. Nivasik is not a fiscal register, a tax-filing system or an e-invoicing system, and it does not file payroll tax. Your data is hosted in Singapore. EU and US data hosting are not available yet. If you need a data-processing agreement or hosting in Europe, ask us before you start. Support is by email and WhatsApp from India, with a reply within one business day: UK and European mornings overlap our day, US replies arrive overnight. Nivasik is a new product. We do not claim a customer count, a rating or a testimonial. Selling on Flipkart or Meesho is India-only, and is not part of these plans.
