45-day free trial this Diwali
Free medical store billing software — ₹0
Find it by salt or box, sell the nearest date first, and see what is going off before it costs you.
45-day free trial this Diwali · ₹0 · no card · opening offer · we do the setup
Nivasik’s billing software for medical stores and chemists is free this Diwali — ₹0 under an opening offer, then less than you pay today. It keeps a batch and expiry on every delivery, sells the nearest date first, refuses a line from an expired batch, finds a medicine by name, salt or box, and sells strips and loose tablets from one count.
It runs in a browser on the phone or computer you have, the counter keeps billing when the internet drops, and we set it up with your item list.
What a chemist does in a day
- Find it fast. Search by name, salt, barcode or box. The line shows stock, which box, the nearest expiry and the supplier.
- Same salt. One tap lists what you stock with the same salt.
- Strips and loose tablets. Stock counts in tablets, so a single loose sale does not throw off the shelf.
- Expiry at the sale. In-date stock goes first, and the database refuses a line from an expired batch.
- The going-off list. What expires in 30, 60 or 90 days, ready for a supplier return with a debit note.
- MRP as a ceiling. The tax is taken out of the price, so the bill is exactly the MRP.
- Regulars’ monthly medicines on khata, with a reminder drafted for you to send.
What it costs
| Plan and price | What it covers |
|---|---|
| POS add-on ₹0 per outlet / month | The counter, batches and expiry, khata, suppliers, the cash drawer and the day’s close — per counter that keeps its own takings |
- Every plan and add-on is ₹0 for your 45-day Diwali trial, and the whole product is unlocked. No per-guest fees, no usage meters and no setup fee.
- There is no card to give and nothing to pay.
This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice. If the offer changes or ends, any price applies from then. Your records stay yours and can be exported on request.
What it does not do
Said plainly, before you start
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database. If your practice needs those, use a pharmacy product that has them.
- It is built for a counter, not for pharma distribution: no salesman orders or schemes.
- No card or UPI terminal integration, no payment gateway.
- No e-invoice (IRN) or e-way bill; GST data is exported, not filed.
Free tools for a medical store
What a line leaves you, and the tax inside a price. No account and no sign-up.
Other free ways to do this, and what they cost
Nivasik is not the only free way to do this. Each of these is worth knowing, and each has a cost that is not on a price list.
A notebook and a calculator
Costs almost nothing and works in a power cut. What it costs is time: every total is added by hand, nobody away from the desk can see it, and an entry can be changed later with nothing to show it was.
A spreadsheet
Free, flexible, and good for a list one person keeps. It struggles when three people edit it on three phones, when a formula is typed over, or when you need to know what it said last Tuesday.
A free edition of a paid product
Some software has a free edition with limits on rooms, bills or users. Read what the limit is, and what happens to your records the day you pass it.

Questions people ask
Is there free billing software for a medical shop?
Nivasik’s counter is free this Diwali at ₹0, as an opening offer: billing, stock, khata, suppliers, the cash drawer and the day’s close, with no card and the setup done for you.
Is there low-cost billing software?
It costs ₹0 for everyone while the opening offer runs — not a cut-down edition and not a trial with a clock, so there is nothing cheaper to compare it with. The offer is: it is not a promise to stay free.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes, at the counter: billing keeps going with real bill numbers and the bills are sent, oldest first, when the connection is back. Open it online once on that device first.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any browser and in the Android app from nivasik.com, and a keyboard-type barcode scanner works with it. Bills print through the phone’s or computer’s print window.
Does it have Schedule H records?
No. There is no Schedule H or H1 register or prescription check. If you need those, use a pharmacy product that has them.
Is a “free download, full version” safe?
Check who makes it, who supports it and where your data goes. Software with no maker behind it can leave your records stranded.
Run your own place on it, free. It is ₹0 for everyone.
We do the setup with you — your rooms, menu or stock list, your staff and your prices — in about a day. No card, and nothing to pay while the opening offer runs.
