Software · QR code ordering system
A QR ordering system for restaurants
A sticker on the table, the menu on the guest's own phone, and an order your waiter checks before the kitchen starts.
45-day free trial this Diwali · ₹0 · no card · opening offer · we do the setup
Print one QR sticker per table. A guest scans it, sees your live menu with no app to install, and sends the order. It waits for a waiter to read it back, then goes to the kitchen with a ticket number. You can switch that check off.
A 45-day free trial this Diwali, at ₹0. After it, you pay less than you pay today. No card, and we do the setup with you. This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice.
How it runs, in order
- You add tables; Nivasik makes a QR code for each, ready to print.
- A guest scans and orders on their own phone. The page reads your live menu and prices.
- The order appears on the counter and every waiter's phone, not yet in the kitchen.
- A waiter confirms it with the table, changes it, or says they did not order it.
- The kitchen gets it with a ticket number, and the guest's page says it was sent.
- The bill is paid at the table or the counter, like any other.
What you get
- The waiter's check: guests who deny an order stop costing you food. Per counter, on or off.
- Price and stock safety: a dish you just hid or re-priced is caught before the order goes, and the guest is told what changed.
- Same order everywhere: counter, waiter and kitchen read one order, and stock moves once.
- A second order from the table is its own bill, which you can merge at the counter.
- Rooms and delivery too: the same idea works from a hotel room QR and an online store page.
What it costs, next to the others

List prices, not quotes. Petpooja's page marks these 'Price (ex tax)' and does not say per year or per outlet. It lists Swiggy and Zomato integration, which is not live in Nivasik. Read 4 November 2026.
Nivasik is ₹0 for your first 45 days this Diwali. Our lowest-price promise: when the 45-day trial ends, show us what you pay now for similar software and we quote you less, in writing. Not paying for software today? We agree a low price with you before the trial ends. The promise covers a paid plan you are really on, shown by a bill or a renewal quote, compared like for like before tax. It cannot go below a free tier, and it compares price only: what each tool does still differs. You decide whether to continue, and nothing is charged without your yes. This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice.
Nivasik is a competing product and is not affiliated with any company named here. Their figures are list prices from their own pages, read 4 November 2026; they change without notice.
What it does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- It collects no money online: no card, no payment gateway, and a UPI payment is confirmed by the person at the counter, not by the software.
- A mobile number the guest types is not verified; the waiter's check is the safeguard.
- Alerts ring on a phone with the page or app open. A push onto a locked phone has not been proven on a real handset.
- Orders from Swiggy and Zomato do not come in through this; they are typed in at the counter.
Questions people ask
How does QR code ordering work in a restaurant?
The guest scans a sticker on the table, the menu opens in their phone's browser, and the order goes to your counter and waiters. No app is installed.
Is a QR ordering system free?
Nivasik's is ₹0 for 45 days, as part of the whole product, as an opening offer that may change or end at any time without prior notice.
Can a guest pay from the QR page?
No. Payment is taken at the table or counter. There is no payment gateway.
What stops fake QR orders?
By default a waiter confirms each QR order with the table before the kitchen sees it. If they did not order it, it is declined with a reason.
Do I need a special printer for QR stickers?
No. They print from any printer, on a sticker sheet or plain paper.
Run your own place on it, free. It is ₹0 for everyone.
