Nivasik's waiter's phone is a web app that runs on any phone your staff already own, with nothing to install. A waiter opens a table, adds dishes, sends the round to the kitchen, and gets a buzz when it is ready to carry.

How it runs, in order
- Give the waiter a login limited to the counter.
- They open the page on their own phone.
- Tap a table and add dishes.
- Send it: the kitchen gets a numbered ticket.
- The phone buzzes when the food is ready.
- Mark it handed over, and print a pre-bill at the counter if asked.
What you get
- Permissions: by default a waiter cannot give anything free or change a price. A manager's PIN can.
- Print at the counter from a phone: an iPhone asks the counter to print.
- Replace a dish a guest did not like, with a reason.
- Hindi or English, one tap per phone.

- There is no App Store app; on an iPhone it is added to the home screen.
- No built-in Bluetooth printing.
