Nivasik fits a business by changing its vocabulary and its screens, not by asking the business to change: a hotel sees rooms and guests, a shop sees counters and customers, an office sees spaces and people. Underneath, every industry gets the same ledger — a request with an owner and a clock, a bill that cannot be quietly deleted, and a day book in rupees.
A hotel’s front desk is Pro at ₹4,999 per property a month, a restaurant’s or shop’s counter is the POS at ₹1,499 per outlet, and everyone gets 45 days free.

The words change with the building
Vocabulary is not decoration. A housekeeper who reads “guest” on an office screen stops trusting the screen.

A shop is shown a shop’s screens and none of a hotel’s: no reservations, folios or police register on a shop’s sidebar.
What stays the same everywhere

Not included, said plainly
- No payment gateway or card terminal; payments are recorded by method.
- Channel sync is iCal with Airbnb and Booking.com only; delivery-app orders are punched in.
- Nothing messages a guest or customer by itself: templates open WhatsApp, SMS or email with the words ready.
- No e-invoice or GST return is filed; the accountant gets GSTR-1 data and a Tally import file.

Which industries is Nivasik built for?
Independent hotels, hostels, resorts, homestays and guest houses; restaurants, cafes, bars and cloud kitchens; shops of every kind — general stores, groceries and kiranas, bakeries, sweet shops, clothing, hardware and stationery shops; and offices and coworking spaces, in India.
Can a hotel run its restaurant and a shop on the same account?
Yes. Each counter is a POS outlet on the hotel’s books, with its own takings and day, and restaurant bills can post to a guest’s room.
Is Nivasik only for India?
It is built for India — rupee pricing, GST invoices, the Form III register for foreign guests and Indian ID documents. The interface can format money and phone codes for a few other countries, but prices are published only for India, and the GST and Form C screens are India-only.
What does it cost for my kind of business?
Hotels and other stays pay per property (₹2,999, ₹4,999 or ₹2,499 a month); restaurants and shops pay ₹1,499 per outlet for the POS. Each industry page says which plan carries what that business needs.
