Housekeepers use Nivasik on their own phones: each room is dirty, clean, inspected, out of order or out of service, with occupancy beside it. Departed rooms turn dirty in one tap, a supervisor marks them inspected, and a broken geyser becomes a maintenance ticket from the same tile.

How it runs, in order
- At the morning briefing, filter for departing and arriving rooms.
- After check-outs, one tap marks departed rooms dirty.
- Each housekeeper marks their rooms clean.
- A supervisor walks and marks them inspected.
- A fault goes to maintenance, and the room can go out of order in the same step.
- The desk sees which rooms are ready before sending an arrival up.
