- In your browser, and nowhere else. No number you type is sent to a server; once the page has loaded, the tools keep working without the internet.
- Money to the paisa, grouped the Indian way — ₹1,25,000.00 — with every rounding step shown, so any answer can be checked by hand.
- The same rules Nivasik itself uses. A day of pay is the salary over the days in that month, never a fixed 30. Tax is taken out of an MRP, never built back up. A delivery app’s commission is taken on the value before GST.

What they will not do

- Give tax, legal or accounting advice. Which GST rate applies, what a labour law requires, and what your agreements say are questions for the official sources and your accountant.

- Remember anything. Nothing is stored, so there is nothing to come back to — print or note what you need.
When a calculator stops being enough
A calculator answers one question once, from numbers you type. The numbers themselves come from records: the attendance marked every morning, the bills of the day, the recipe in the kitchen, the bookings on the room rack. Questions people ask
Are these tools really free?
Yes. They are not a trial and there is no account: use them as often as you like. They are how Nivasik shows the arithmetic it does every day, in the open.
Is what I type saved or sent anywhere?
No. Every tool works out its answer in your browser. Nothing is stored, and no number you type is sent to Nivasik or anybody else. Close the tab and it is gone.
Do they work on a phone?
Yes — on any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser. The fields take a phone’s number keypad, and results update as you type.
Are the results tax or legal advice?
No. The tools do arithmetic. They do not decide which GST rate applies to an item, what a labour law requires, or what your agreement with a delivery app says. Where tax or labour law comes in, the page links to the official sources, and every tool says when it was last reviewed.
