Nivasik bills a medical store by name, barcode, salt or box. Each delivery is a lot with its date. A sale takes in-date stock first, and the database refuses a line from an expired batch. Strips and loose tablets count together, and a list shows what goes off in 30, 60 or 90 days, ready to return to the supplier.

How it runs, in order
- Load your medicines from a spreadsheet, or add them as they arrive.
- A delivery records batch, expiry and cost.
- At the counter, search by name, salt or box, or scan.
- See stock, box, nearest expiry and substitutes with the same salt.
- Sell a strip or loose tablets; stock follows.
- Check the going-off list and return it to the supplier with a debit note.

What it does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database.
- It does not file GST returns or issue e-invoices or e-way bills. GST data is exported, and Tally is an import file, not a live link.
- It is not built for pharma distribution: no salesman orders or schemes.
- There is no built-in Bluetooth printing. Bills print through the phone's or computer's print window, on 2, 3, 4 or 5 inch rolls.
