- You file GST returns, TCS and TDS and want that done from the same software. Nivasik only exports the data.
- You need Schedule H drug alerts or prescription records. Nivasik has neither.
- You are a distributor, or you order from distributors through the software with live schemes.
- You want full double-entry accounting in one product.
- You have local sales and support staff you rely on, and want that kept.
When Nivasik is the better choice
- You run a single medical store and most of your day is billing, expiry and who owes what.
- You want it on a phone and a browser with no installation, in Hindi or English.
- You want staff attendance and pay in the same place as the counter.
- You want to start at ₹0 for your first 45 days with the setup done with you.
What Nivasik does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database. If your inspector or your practice needs those, use a pharmacy product that has them.
- It does not file GST returns or issue e-invoices or e-way bills. GST data is exported, and Tally is an import file, not a live link.
- It takes no card payments and runs no payment gateway. The booking page takes a booking as 'pay at the property'.
- There is no iPhone App Store app and no Google Play listing. Use the Android app from nivasik.com, the Windows app (not yet code-signed) or any browser; on an iPhone, add it to the home screen.
- There is no built-in Bluetooth printing. Bills print through the phone's or computer's print window, on 2, 3, 4 or 5 inch rolls.

Not well. It is built for a counter. A distributor needs scheme handling, salesman orders and e-way bills, which are not here.
Does Nivasik work without internet at a medical store?
A shop counter that has been opened online keeps billing with real bill numbers when the internet drops, and sends the bills when it is back.
