What to check in any of them
- Sell a strip and then one loose tablet: does stock add up?
- Enter a batch that expired yesterday: does it stop you selling it?
- Search by salt: does it list what you actually stock?
- What does the second year cost?
- Does it work when the internet drops at 8 pm?
What Nivasik does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database. If your inspector or your practice needs those, use a pharmacy product that has them.
- It does not file GST returns or issue e-invoices or e-way bills. GST data is exported, and Tally is an import file, not a live link.
- It takes no card payments and runs no payment gateway. The booking page takes a booking as 'pay at the property'.

Which software is best for a pharmacy in India?
No single one. A distributor, a chain and a neighbourhood chemist need different things. The table above says which fits which, and each vendor's own page has the detail. No source we found ranks them by actual use, so we do not say which is the most used.
