Expiry date and batch tracking software
For medicine, food and anything with a date on it.
45-day free trial this Diwali · ₹0 · no card · opening offer · we do the setup
In Nivasik each delivery becomes a lot with a batch number, expiry and buying price. Sales take in-date stock first and the oldest first, and a line from an expired batch is refused. A going-off list groups what expires in 30, 60 or 90 days. An analyst page says what to sell first and what not to reorder.
A 45-day free trial this Diwali, at ₹0. After it, you pay less than you pay today. No card, and we do the setup with you. This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice.
How it runs, in order
- Record batch, expiry and cost at delivery.
- Sales take the nearest in-date lot first.
- Open the going-off list at 30, 60 or 90 days.
- Return it to the supplier, with a debit note.
- Or write it off with a reason.
- See what is at risk before it happens.
What you get
- First expiry, first out, handled at the sale.
- Lot profit: what each lot cost and made.
- An AI Analyst that says "probably", from your own bills: sell this first, do not buy that.

List prices, not quotes. Marg's page does not say whether its price is per year or one-time and says final prices vary by requirement. Marg and eVitalRx list things Nivasik does not do; the page for each says which. Read 4 November 2026.
Nivasik is ₹0 for your first 45 days this Diwali. Our lowest-price promise: when the 45-day trial ends, show us what you pay now for similar software and we quote you less, in writing. Not paying for software today? We agree a low price with you before the trial ends. The promise covers a paid plan you are really on, shown by a bill or a renewal quote, compared like for like before tax. It cannot go below a free tier, and it compares price only: what each tool does still differs. You decide whether to continue, and nothing is charged without your yes. This is an opening offer. We may change it, or end it, at any time, without prior notice.
Nivasik is a competing product and is not affiliated with any company named here. Their figures are list prices from their own pages, read 4 November 2026; they change without notice.
What it does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database.
- The analyst never orders, prices or marks down by itself.
- It does not file GST returns or issue e-invoices or e-way bills. GST data is exported, and Tally is an import file, not a live link.
