Nivasik’s hotel booking engine is free for everyone — ₹0 under an opening offer, until further notice — and a direct booking on it carries no commission. It is a booking page of your own that quotes from your rate calendar and puts each booking straight onto your room rack.
The guest pays at the property: there is no card payment or payment gateway on the page.
What the booking page does
- Quotes your real prices for real dates, from the same rate calendar the front desk uses — and says “a night, on average” when the nights differ.
- Sells a rate the guest can cancel under your policy — your best available rate, or the cheapest plan with free cancellation — and never a non-refundable one, because it takes no money up front.
- Keeps your stay rules: the fewest and most nights, how far ahead a booking can be made, and how many rooms one booking can hold.
- Confirms by itself, or waits as tentative for someone to confirm — your choice.
- Will not sell a room that is gone: the database counts every night of every room type before a booking is written, so two guests booking the last room together get one booking and one polite refusal.
- Appears at once in Bookings, at Reception and on the room rack.
- Needs no website: the page is a link of its own, for an Instagram bio, a Google listing or a WhatsApp reply.
A direct booking, start to finish
- A guest opens your link and picks dates.
- The page quotes each room type you sell, within your rules.
- The guest leaves a name and a phone number; the booking is confirmed or tentative, as you chose.
- On arrival: check-in with the ID on file, the bill opened, and payment taken at the desk by any method you accept.

- Booking page: bookings are pay-at-the-property. There is no card payment / payment gateway (that needs the property's own Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree account and KYC).
- It is not a listing on MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or Agoda.
