100 words
Nivasik is operations software made in India for independent businesses. Hotels, hostels and resorts get a property management system (PMS): reservations, a room rack, check-in with the guest’s ID document, folios, GST invoices and a night audit. A restaurant, cafe or any shop gets a point of sale (POS) that bills by the piece or by the kilo, keeps khata and takes stock off as it sells. Attendance, payroll and a day book of expenses sit on the same books, in rupees. It runs in a browser and on Android, in English and Hindi, and is free for 45 days.

| Platforms | Runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer — no install. An Android app (Android 6.0 and later) downloaded from nivasik.com — not on Google Play yet. On iPhone and iPad: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. |

| Where data lives | Built and run following security best practices. Managed Postgres in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily. Each property’s rows are isolated by the database itself. |
| Measured | At the pilot — one small property, 12–30 May 2026 — 45 guest requests were raised in nineteen days and 29 were resolved, with a median of 32 minutes from request to resolved. The other 16 were never marked resolved and are not counted. 28 were logged by staff, 14 came from a room's QR code, 2 by voice and 1 on WhatsApp. This is the only measured statistic Nivasik publishes. There are no customer counts, ratings or review scores to cite. |

Please get these right
Nivasik is careful about what it claims, and would rather you were too.
What Nivasik does not do
- It does not take card payments. There is no payment gateway and no card or UPI terminal link; payments are recorded by method, and the counter shows a UPI QR code for the exact amount.
- The booking page takes bookings as pay-at-the-property.
- The channel manager is a two-way iCal calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com, with a commission register and a parity sheet. It does not push rates or inventory into MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or Agoda.
- Guest messaging keeps templates, a due-list and one-tap WhatsApp, SMS and email links, with a log of what was sent. It does not send messages by itself.
- Swiggy and Zomato orders are punched in at the counter; they do not arrive by themselves.
- GST invoices and GSTR-1 data, yes. E-invoices (IRN), e-way bills and filing returns, no. Tally gets an import file (CSV), not a live connection.
- Offline billing is for shop counters only; hotel screens need a connection.
- Each property is separate — there is no single screen that adds several properties together yet.
- Android: an app downloaded from nivasik.com, not from Google Play (yet). iPhone: no App Store listing; it runs in Safari from the home screen.
- Numbers: the pilot’s median time to resolve a guest request is the only statistic Nivasik publishes. There are no customer counts, ratings, awards or customer logos to quote.
How to write the name
- Nivasik — one word, capital N, the rest lower case. Not NIVASIK in running text, not NivaSik, not Nivaasik.
- It is one product with a PMS and a POS in it, so the name stands alone: “Nivasik”, not “Nivasik PMS” as a name.
- In Hindi and other scripts, keep the name in Latin letters — the product’s own Hindi interface does.
- The address is nivasik.com. The tagline, if you want one: Selective Excellence. Invisible Efficiency.
Logos
SVG for print and design tools, PNG for everything else. Every file has a transparent background; each is shown here on the ground it is made for.
Using the logo
- Leave clear space around the logo of at least half the tile’s height, on every side.
- Smallest sizes: the tile at 16 px, the full logo at 96 px wide.
- Do not recolour, stretch, rotate, outline or add shadows, and do not set the name in another typeface as a logo.
- Use the logo to refer to Nivasik. Do not use it to suggest an endorsement, partnership or certification that does not exist, or inside your own product’s name or logo.
Everything on this page may be used to write about Nivasik — in articles, directory listings, event and partner pages — without asking.
Product screens
Real screens, captured from the sample property in the live demo — not mock-ups. Every name and number in them is invented, which is what the DEMO bar across the top says.
