Nivasik gives each hotel staff member their own login on their own phone, in Hindi or English. A guest's request reaches the right person with a clock on it, housekeepers mark rooms, and attendance and pay stay on record. Roles decide which screens each person sees.

How it runs, in order
- Add a person and pick a role; the right screens are ticked for you.
- Hand them the login sheet.
- A guest scans the room QR and asks for towels.
- It becomes a ticket for the right person, with a target time.
- They acknowledge, do it and close it.
- Their work counts towards what you see at month end.

What it does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- Hotel screens need the internet; only a shop's or restaurant's counter keeps working offline.
- Alerts ring on a phone with the page or app open. A push onto a locked phone has not been proven on a real handset.
- It does not calculate or file statutory payroll (PF, ESI, TDS). It works out pay from attendance, takes advances off, and locks a payslip.
- There is no iPhone App Store app and no Google Play listing. Use the Android app from nivasik.com, the Windows app (not yet code-signed) or any browser; on an iPhone, add it to the home screen.
