How it runs, in order
- Print a QR sticker per room.
- A guest in the room scans it. A stay is checked, so strangers cannot order.
- Food goes to the counter and kitchen; requests go to the right person.
- Staff acknowledge and close it, and a late one is escalated.
- Food goes on the room bill.
- At check-out, anything unposted is named before the guest pays.

What it does not do
Said plainly, before you decide
- It collects no money online: no card, no payment gateway, and a UPI payment is confirmed by the person at the counter, not by the software.
- Room orders are not held for a staff check the way table QR orders are.
- Hotel screens need the internet; only a shop's or restaurant's counter keeps working offline.
- Alerts ring on a phone with the page or app open. A push onto a locked phone has not been proven on a real handset.
