- The period. Is the price per year, or one-time with a yearly charge after that?
- The second year. What is the renewal, in writing?
- Which edition has what. Which pharmacy features are in Nano, and which need a higher edition?
- Extra users. Rs 3,000 each on the lower editions: how many counters will you run?
- Customisation and implementation. The page says customisation is extra and final prices vary.

Said plainly, before you compare
- There is no Schedule H or H1 register, no prescription check and no drug database. If your inspector or your practice needs those, use a pharmacy product that has them.
- It does not file GST returns or issue e-invoices or e-way bills. GST data is exported, and Tally is an import file, not a live link.
- It takes no card payments and runs no payment gateway. The booking page takes a booking as 'pay at the property'.
