Free for everyone

Free customer loyalty and points — ₹0, on your own bills

Points on every bill, spent at the counter, extra rewards for regulars and their friends — and an AI Growth Manager that drafts the messages you send from your own WhatsApp.

Free for everyone · ₹0 · no card · opening offer, until further notice · we do the setup

Nivasik’s customer loyalty and points are free for everyone — ₹0 under an opening offer, until further notice. Customers earn points on every bill and spend them at the counter; the AI Growth Manager drafts the messages that bring regulars back, and the bill’s QR helps happy and unhappy customers alike leave a Google review.

Everything runs on your own bills — nothing is learned from other businesses, and every message is a draft you send yourself.

Points, the way you choose

  • How they earn: so many points on every ₹100, a percentage of every bill, or more points on bigger bills — set on the Offers page.
  • What a point is worth, the smallest number that can be spent, and welcome points for joining.
  • Spent at the counter with one button on the customer’s row — only points they already hold, never those the same bill earns.
  • On the printed bill, or not: the balance and how to redeem it, switched on or off.
  • Extra rewards: a bonus at spending tiers, every so many visits, and in the week of their birthday.
  • Refer a friend: both earn points when the friend’s first bill is paid — paid once, by the database.

Getting the customer’s number in the first place

  • At the counter, after a quick sale, one line asks for the customer’s mobile — and sending the bill on WhatsApp attaches it.
  • From the bill’s own QR: a customer can add their number to a paper bill within a week, and its points follow.
  • From a QR or online order, the mobile typed becomes the customer once the bill is paid.
  • Consent is asked, not assumed: offers go only to a customer who said yes, and anyone can say “do not contact me”.

The AI Growth Manager

Each week it writes a short plan from your own numbers — who has slipped away against their own habits, who came once, whose birthday is near, what sold best — with every message already drafted. You go through them one person at a time and send each from your own WhatsApp. It also drafts replies to Google reviews, and captions for posts, for you to paste.

Reviews are asked of every customer billed, never only the happy ones, and nothing is ever offered for one — Google’s review policy forbids both.

What it does not do

Said plainly, before you start

  • Growth (customer marketing): every WhatsApp message is a draft the owner opens and sends from his own WhatsApp — at most 40 a day — nothing is sent by itself; Nivasik posts no reply on Google and nothing on Instagram or Facebook; automatic Google rank checks wait on a Google Places key that is not set, so positions are recorded by hand; there are no points or gifts for a review and no asking only happy customers.
  • Points do not expire: there is no expiry setting.

Other free ways to do this, and what they cost

Nivasik is not the only free way to do this. Each of these is worth knowing, and each has a cost that is not on a price list.

A notebook and a calculator

Costs almost nothing and works in a power cut. What it costs is time: every total is added by hand, nobody away from the desk can see it, and an entry can be changed later with nothing to show it was.

A WhatsApp group

Free and already on every phone, which is why so many small businesses run on one. Messages scroll away, nobody owns a request, and there is no clock and no total at the end of the day.

A free edition of a paid product

Some software has a free edition with limits on rooms, bills or users. Read what the limit is, and what happens to your records the day you pass it.

A stamp card

Cheap, and customers understand it. It lives in their wallet until it is lost, and it tells you nothing about who stopped coming.

Questions people ask

Is there free loyalty software for a small business?

Nivasik’s points and the AI Growth Manager are free for everyone at ₹0, as an opening offer until further notice, and run on your own bills — no separate app for the customer.

Do customers need an app to collect points?

No. Points are kept against their mobile number at the counter, and the bill can print their balance.

Does it send messages automatically?

No. Every message is a draft you open and send from your own WhatsApp, at most 40 a day, and offers go only to customers who said yes.

Can I give points for a Google review?

No. Google’s policy forbids rewards for reviews, so nothing is offered for one, and every customer billed is asked — not only the happy ones.

Do points expire?

No. There is no expiry setting for points.

Run your own place on it, free. It is ₹0 for everyone.

We do the setup with you — your rooms, menu or stock list, your staff and your prices — in about a day. No card, and nothing to pay while the opening offer runs.
